About Us
We are an English husband and wife team, have been in business in France since 2006, and now have over 40 clients
We pride ourselves on our client satisfaction by providing a reliable, personal, and friendly service, being responsive, flexible and efficient, and working to high standards, at value for money prices
Our aim is to make your life at home here a little easier, and to help take some of the worry out of holiday home ownership, by caring for it in your absence, so that your holiday can begin the day you arrive!
Our Services and Charges
Gardening Services
From a one off garden clearance or restoration, vegi patch creation, or hedge trim, to regular grass cutting and all year round complete garden maintenance
Mowing & Strimming Paddock and field topping Rotovating Weed killing
Hedge trimming Pruning Cutting trees down
Planting trees, hedges, lawns, and creating borders and beds sourcing locally grown trees, shrubs and hedging at very reasonable prices
We can also provide an extra pair of hands, and the appropriate tools, to help you with your gardening projects
Charges: from 18€ per hour (minimum charge applies), and from 125€ per day
This includes using our own equipment, and the cost of the fuel
Garden Construction
Fencing and gates Animal enclosures Small patios, paths and drives Greenhouse and shed bases
Charges: from 150€ per day
We also:
Service lawnmowers, including ride on mowers on site
Charges: from 35€
Cut logs for woodburners Clear gutters Pressure wash patios etc
Charges: from 18€ per hour (minimum charge applies), and from 125€ per day
This includes using our own equipment, and the cost of the fuel
Rubbish Removal
Garden waste Bulky or heavy items Old furniture and appliances
Charges: from 25€ per trailer load
Swimming Pool Services
Regular pool cleaning and maintenance
Or, if you are new to pools, we can show you how to use, care for, and maintain your pool and pool equipment
Or, if your pool hasn’t been used for years, we can bring it back to its former glory
Pool cleaning, chemical level checking and dosing, and alarm testing
Charges: from 20€ per hour (minimum charge applies)
Pool maintenance, including winterisation and spring opening Pool equipment servicing, repair and replacement
Charges: from 25€ per hour (minimum charge applies)
Emergency Call Out
Around The House
Minor house repairs and maintenance We have the experience and tools, so can tackle just about any job in and around the house, large or small from fitting a pane of glass, refixing loose guttering and replacing a broken lock, to stopping a leaky tap or waste pipe
Assisting you with your house renovations and DIY projects When two pairs of hands are quicker and easier than one from putting up studwork, rails and plasterboard and laying laminated flooring and skirting board, to assembling flat pack kitchen units
Handyman services For all the jobs you’ve been meaning to do for ages from putting up shelves, kitchen and bathroom fittings and curtain poles, to fitting shutters, blinds and flyscreens, and installing Satellite TV equipment and TV aerials
Charges: from 25€ per hour (minimum charge applies)
Emergency Call Out
Care and Maintenance Of Your Holiday Home, Pool and Garden
For stress free holiday home ownership, we can: Be the key holder, and emergency contact Perform regular and/or ad hoc house checks Deal with any minor repairs and maintenance issues Maintain the garden and pool Collect and forward mail Read the meters Meet service providers on site when work is necessary Receive deliveries, including heating fuel Turn on the services before your visits Source Artisans, including builders, electricians, plumbers and painters, and meet them on site for quote preparation etc
Or any combination of the above!

We can provide any of the above services on a temporary basis, and also feed your pets
